My name is Lana Boone. I spent a decade building a multi-million dollar beauty brand before discovering real transformation happens when you stop performing and open to satya—truth. Now I teach yoga and lead sound meditation for organizations like Equinox, Lululemon, and the Aspen Institute.
I’m currently available for workshops, retreats, and collaborations.
I'm based in Bethesda, MD, and drawn to perennial philosophy. Ram Dass, Ramana Maharshi, and Joseph Campbell are a few favorites.
As I transitioned from my company, Kurly Klips, which was recognized by Allure and People Magazine, I found myself drawn to teach the practices that had sustained me through those years. I studied sound healing, completed my 500-hour yoga certification with Sage Rountree and Jenni Rawlings, then trained in the practice that first drew me to yoga—Kundalini Awakening with Gloria Latham. The transition from founder to teacher wasn't a departure—it was a deepening.
Equinox DC Region
Program Lead for Sonic Meditation. I design and lead immersive sound healing experiences across multiple locations, bringing nervous system regulation practices to one of the world's most premium fitness brands.
YogaSix Potomac
Lead Teacher. I shape teaching standards and mentor new instructors across the studio's signature formats.
Transformative Partnerships
I've led Sound Bath experiences and mindfulness programs for organizations including the Aspen Institute, Lululemon, Vuori, The St. James Performance Club, and a school community in North Carolina healing after tragedy.
Yoga began with Shiva, the Adi Yogi, dancing in the void, creating and destroying worlds with the beat of his drum. This is the energy I bring to the mat: movement as liberation. I teach Vinyasa rooted in Power, infused with Kundalini's energetic technology. My approach is simple: awaken what's dormant, channel what's wild, and remember what’s true.
I work with studios, wellness brands, and organizations seeking transformative experiences for their communities. Let's create something together.
Currently booking workshops, retreats, and collaborations for 2026.
